COVID-19 Spread Control Guidelines
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have developed the “COVID-19 Spread Control Guidelines”—measures that should be taken at the Joetsu Cultural Center facilities.
To ensure the safety of all visitors to the Joetsu Cultural Center, we ask everyone to comply with our policy points.

■Regarding Ticket Purchases
Please purchase event tickets at the Joetsu Cultural Center, or inquire at one of the ticket agencies.
* No returns or refunds will be offered for tickets under any circumstances.
・Tickets are sold at the Joetsu Cultural Center from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
・Seating requests cannot be made via telephone.
・To avoid crowding, numbered tickets will be issued on the first day of ticket sales for events.
・Tickets for daytime and evening performances might be sold at different locations on the first day of sale.
・There might be a limited ticket quota for some events.
・Please contact the Joetsu Cultural Center in advance if you wish to use a wheelchair.
■Purchasing Tickets via Telephone
・The Joetsu Cultural Center can only handle ticket purchases by telephone for events held at the Center.
・Please be aware that seating requests cannot be made via telephone.
・We will cancel your reservation in case the reserved tickets are not collected within one week of placing the reservation.
■Purchasing Tickets by Mail
For customers traveling from afar, tickets are available for purchase by mail (registered mail).
